I'm back ( though being really, really tired)!
I can't imagine how lazy we are this trip - both JS and I only had 1 breakfast on the last day but it's awesome that we've fulfilled all meals we wanted/in our list.
The only unachieved meal is Kau Kee beef brisket and ee-mee (@central) that Jess has been telling us about.
Awesome PY has given us great company and of course, hosted us at her beautiful place, and my bestie Jess being really nice and great to spend some time off her anniversary and motherhood time for dinner and dessert with me.
Also bought all the skincare I needed to bring to relocation, countdown is 2 weeks, or 18 days from now. Really having mixed feelings. For the emails and messages I've received from kind readers regarding their own move/encouragements, thank you very much! I'm sorry I hadn't had time to reply but I've read them all. Am very appreciative that you're sharing your own experiences with me :)
I actually have a draft itinerary but i only drafted till day 3 and 80% of it is invalid. I didn't go disneyland, had 3 meals a day ( not inclusive of desserts) which is dependent on OpenRice HK reviews which PY searched, and visited shenzhen (china) that earned me my first China entry stamp. How cool is that?
I will take some time to sort out some pictures during this time (while doing many miscellaneous stuff for on-boarding) so please be patient with me if I reply comments/emails slow. I think I'll take a week to reply if it needs much elaboration :(
We also bought a new macbook pro (60% sponsored by JS) which I was very excited about unti I foolishly used it as my Time Machine backup device and had my 2009-2010 photo library deleted. curseeeeeeeee*
2 hours time I'm going to wake up to recalibrate my MBP again. Save my poor soul :(
Can't wait to start blogging about HK, food and my daily life again! Nice to be on holiday, good to come back! Did I mention that my new wardrobe looks fantastic? (thanks mom and dad!!!)
Now I have one midlength mirror (embedded in cabinet) and that dusty long mirror I've always used!
