You know who's working hard to get you your parcels before Christmas?
Blogshop owners and their teams :p
I'm actually rather grateful for the rising of blogshops in Singapore -
As customers, we can get quality clothes at reasonable pricing at a breeze, tax absorbed.
With the competition in the online shopping arena, I guess there are very few blogshops that don't meet the quality standard.
Personally, 70% of my clothes are purchased online and with the ease of delivery, I could get my clothes just from the postbox.
In addition, blogshop owners are also listening to our feedback - such as designs off the runway that we maybe able to own.
I'm going to shop online for my CNY dresses soon!
A bulk of registered mails...
Managed to catch Joyce & Jolene (TTR) doing their posting and mailings yesterday while doing a quick meetup for the Fendi-Inspired dress!
Miss these girls, so we're going to have a gathering this week!
Settled in Crystal Jade Korean restaurant.
Love those long, fat korean beansprouts!
There are many choices of korean dishes that we almost couldn't decide.
I love the korean pancakes, kimchi soup, beanpaste soup, etc.. but I decided to try dishes I haven't had before.
Tried their version of kimchi fried rice - yummy but oily :(
Ginseng Chicken Soup deal that goes for $9++ if you spend above $60nett,
you know we had quite a bit that night :p
I like it that way!
What I do is to spread the bean paste sparingly on the cabbage,
add the pickles then meat, before wrapping into a roll.
Cold noodles (Dry)
The noodles have a special texture - it's chewy and moist and they're really long.
Read through Wiki that the noodles are left uncut, as it symbolizes good health and longevity.
The sauce used was spicy mustard and the texture's runny.
I'm not sure if everyone will like this dish - but JS and I liked it since we had it with an open mind :p
Finally came desserts - Cjade's mango pudding (which I absolutely love) and JS' fruit sago.
High on Korean cuisine :p
High on Korean cuisine :p
This blazer from FlyMeToParis caught my attention while online shopping!
I've been trying to get nice blazers that don't look fitted :)
As a fan of outerwear, I find Chloe blazer in Muted Blue very versatile.
I can choose to fold the sleeves up (& show the polka dot lining), or leave it as full sleeves.
There're shoulder pads and are only there to give slight body to your shoulders :)
Made of polyester gabardine mix (one of my favorites for formal wear since it is easy to iron),
its satin inner lining feels comfortable on skin :)
The other colors for choice are black and pink, but I chose blue 'cos I haven't had a blue blazer! :)
Too Faced Eye Shadow Insurance!
Finally got it off Sephora, because it was OOS for the past few weeks.
Now I have both UD and TF to compare :)
I'm going to miss a Russian cuisine dinner tonight to get my vaccinations checked.
SIAN.
