Gonna jetset in BKK soon!

Just 3 hours to my flight to Bangkok, I'm excited (though still a little tired really!)
Tried to sleep but was packing, hoping not to miss anything important.

JS and Mommy did pack some stuff over to me, with the help of Joey, here's a number of stuff I need for day-to-day basis. I am hooked onto this instant miso soup (yums) and the golden curry which is such a breeze to cook!

Went back to office to do some paperwork and met up with some of my friends :)

Meet Flavia and Suellen from Brazil.
Suelly is really tall, an ex-Brazilian model in her hometown.

With my greek girl, Eleni and my other buddy, Karim from Egypt.

Diversity is one part of this job that I very much enjoyed, reduces the cliques and groupthink at times.

With my buddy, Suy who's gonna be my housemate very soon since she's moving in and Shimi-chan is moving out. A good and bad news at the same time I guess, I'm still glad Shimi found an apartment that she's pleased with :)

Suy is a pretty Indonesian-Chiense girl who's very kind at heart :)
Acts like my elder sister though I'm a couple of years older heh!

Cinnabon, my favorite cinnamon roll!

Once, I told JS my favorite desert is cinnamon roll and he thought I was tricking him to think that cinnamon roll was a cartoon from Sanrio.
Hey B, if you read this, THIS is the real cinnamon roll LOL.

Served warm, filled with milk and chocolate goodness and a light cinnamon fragrance :)

Met Becks who joined us for movies - Hunger Games.
The movie was really well-played, hoping they have a part II in this!

Amazing work, anyone knows if there's this craftshop in Rome?

Did my french gelish and I'm guessing it won't last me more than a week :(
It's so hard to maintain this one.

Went to the souk @ Deira and decided to take a boat back to Bur Dubai.

Heh, I always wanted to do this.
The old-style boat, or Abra, only takes you 1 dirham( S$0.30) to have a ride across this scenic ride!

People tend to be a little over-friendly here to get business for their stores, which is bearable really :)

Gonna end this post with some pictures of me and Suy yesterday when we went out to do random shopping. I bought so much chocolates to hand to JS to pass to my mom, cos each bar of this only cost S$3. I love Lindt chocolates TTM!

Joey has uploaded her 2nd collection on thelittlenineone, and I'm asking her to reserve "Chain That Sexy Lady" for me!
chain-1
A very pretty and handy clutch for dinner and clubs if you need, with 3 zipper compartments, you'll have sufficient space for your needs! With a twist-turn knob, it keeps the items secured.
Use it with or without the chain - as a clutch or as a shoulder bag with the chain sling :)

I'll be back to blog about BKK after the weekend, and hopefully my internet access remains! Have a blessed weekend!
